HAHS’ Pet of the Week

Blackie

Blackie

My name is Blackie and I came to the shelter as a stray in March 2012. I am a 2 year old male. I have a shy personality, but I love to be petted. The type of home that I would do best in would be a more quiet home where I can come out of my shell.

Calling All Donators!

We are currently in desperate need of monetary donations. We are over capacity with cats and dogs and are in need of vaccines and other medical supplies. It’s our goal to adopt out healthy animals who are up-to-date on their vaccinations and receive any medical attention that they need. We are struggling financially and would greatly appreciate your support.

Our flea treatment stock is getting very low! Many animals are coming in that are covered in flees and we are getting very low on our supply. The brands we use here at the shelter are Advantage, Advantix & Frontline. (Expired product is ok to donate as well) If anyone wishes to donate some, we would greatly appreciate it!

Here are a few items at the top of our wish list:

Cat Litter
Dry Cat Food (Purina / Special Kitty)

If you could find it in your heart to purchase one or more of these items, we would greatly appreciate it. We rely on donations to help keep us running.
