However, I DO NOT like children or some men. I need a home where I can be the only animal. I love it when I get one-on-one time. I also love to cuddle! One of my favorite things to do is go for walks, and I do very well on the leash. I am a wonderful dog, and I just need someone to adopt me who understands me. I promise I will make a loyal companion.

I guess what I need a home with a big fenced-in back yard where I can run to my heart's content. I am a 3 year old female Dalmation / Spaniel mix. My best qualities are that I'm friendly, playful and affectionate. I even do just fine when I'm left home alone. I also enjoy going for nice long walks, although, I do pull a little. I came from a home with other dogs and cats, which I did great with and I love to be around children. I also know a few commands - sit and come; however, I could probably use a little obedience training.

My name is Sadie and I was surrendered to the shelter in March 2009 because I was pregnant. I am a 2 year old female Pit Bull mix. Please don’t look past me because I’m a Pit Bull. If you spend just 5 seconds with me, you’ll see what a sweetheart I am! I am at my happiest when I'm with people and I am great around other dogs. And I especially enjoy going for walks. My last puppy (I had 3) was adopted not too long ago, so now I’m patiently waiting for my turn. Just give me a chance and you’ll see what a wonderful companion I will be.
